  • Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate special dietary needs. If those needs cannot be met, parents will be required to supply meals and/or snacks for their child. For example, parents of infants must supply formula.
  • Diapers, wipes, two sheets, and a small blanket for naptime are to be supplied by the parent. Sheets and blankets are required to be laundered weekly by the parents.
  • Preschool children (3 to 5 years old) must be potty trained.
  • Tuition is continuous throughout the year. There are no reductions in tuition for absences, illnesses, holidays, and the annual teacher professional in-service day.
  • Additional children from the same family receive a 7.5% discount for the oldest child(ren).
  • Each child is entitled to two free weeks of vacation per year. The time must be taken in full week increments and it must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Vacation time will be accrued immediately upon enrollment, but cannot be used until a full week is accrued (i.e., before six months).
  • For child withdrawals greater than two weeks per year, space is not guaranteed upon return and a New Student Registration Fee will be due.
  • Child withdrawals must be made in writing to Creekside Village School one month in advance.
  • Creekside Village School reserves the right to suspend or dismiss children for unsatisfactory behavior, for educational problems, or for medical problems for which Creekside Village School does not have the expertise to deal with. Creekside Village School admits only ambulatory well children.
  • Sick children are not permitted at the school. They are not to be brought to the school if sick. You will be called if your child becomes sick during the day at which time you will be expected to pick up your child within two hours.
  • Copies of Personal (children’s) Rights, Parent’s Rights, and the Complaint Procedure will be provided to parents at Enrollment Acceptance.
  • The Sign-in/Sign-out procedure will be described at Enrollment Acceptance. This includes your authorization of additional people to pick up your child(ren).
  • While we anticipate no tuition increases during the school year, a 30-day advance notice will be given for any tuition adjustment.
